Re: Quota Entitlement Policy (1999-2004) – Appeal against speaking order

As you are aware, the Textile Commissioner, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, is the 1^st Appellate Authority under Quota Entitlement Policy (1999-2004) for AEPC, TEXPROCIL, W&WEPC & SRTEPC.

The Office of the Textile Commissioner has informed that exporters who are desirous of filing any appeal to the Textile Commissioner against any speaking order issued during the above period by any of these Export Promotion Councils may do so latest by 8^th June, 2007. It may please be noted that the Textile Commissioner will not entertain any appeal after the said date i.e. 8^th June, 2007.

Members of the Council who have been given any speaking order pertaining to the Quota Policy may, if interested, submit appeal to the Textile Commissioner positively before 8^th June, 2007.
