Re : Participation in Exhibitions in Singapore & Malaysia.

 

Kindly refer our earlier message dated 7th June, 2007 on above subject.

 

In this connection, with regard to our Exhibition in Singapore, as the Indian High Commission in Singapore has strongly recommended the participation of our exporters in India Apparel & Textile Expo 2007, which is being held as part of “Salaam India Expo” covering 14 sectors including Apparel and Textiles, organized by ZAK Trade Fairs & Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. in Singapore between 15-19th August, 2007, we have decided to mobilize the participation of our member-exporters in the same.  This Expo is supported by the Ministry of Commerce, Indian High Commission, Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and other organizations of Singapore Govt.

 

Following the discussions with the organizer of India Apparel & Textile Expo, we have obtained a very special package, which was given by the Organizers for the participation of the Council’s members only.  The participation fee for the Exhibition in Singapore will be of Rs.1.15 lakhs, which will cover the following:

 

1.     One 9 sq.mtr furnished booth with

     the necessary display equipments & spot lights             

 

2.     Air tickets – Economic class (for two persons)                                 

 

3.     Hotel Accommodation (Three Star Business Class)                

     Two persons on twin sharing basis (for 6 nights)

 

4.  Visa Fees and other charges                                       

 

Members, who are interested in the participation, are requested to confirm their participation by sending the participation fee of Rs. 1.15 lakhs by cheque / Draft (for outstation parties) drawn in favour of the SYNTHETIC & RAYON TEXTILE EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL, Mumbai along with the duly filled in “Reply Form” attached herewith on or before 8th August, 2007.

 

 

Exhibition in Malaysia :

 

With regard to the Exhibition in Malaysia, we are in the process of making a final arrangement with the concerned Indian Mission & the consultant for holding it slightly before the date of the Exhibition in Singapore.

 

The details about the specific dates and the amount of participation fees for the exhibition in Malaysia will be communicated to you very shortly.
