Submission
of export returns |

As
per Export-Import Policy of Government of India, the exporters are
mandatorily required to submit quarterly export
returns containing details of their exports of MMF textiles,
including for nil exports to the Council. The Returns are to be
submitted by the 15th of each quarter i.e. April-June,
July-September, October-December and January-March.
It may be noted that the Registration
Certificate (RCMC) of those who do not submit the returns in time is
liable to be cancelled without notice. Further,
the MDA grant, available to the exporters participating in the
Council’s Exhibitions abroad, is subject
to the condition that the exporter must file Export Returns with the
Council regularly. |
