CBIC notifies the provisions of clause (c) of Sections 110 & 111 of the Finance Act, 2022

Sub: CBIC notifies the provisions of clause (c) of Sections 110 & 111 of the Finance Act, 2022

CBIC has issued Notification No. 9/2022 – Central Tax dated 5^th July, 2022 notifying 5^th July, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of clause (c) of Sections 110 and 111of the said Act shall come into force.
