Sub: Interactive Meeting with Secretary Textiles on PLI Scheme for Textiles at 5PM today
Please refer to our Circular Ref. MR/CIR/2023-24/00131 dtd. 16 June 2023 and Ref. MR/CIR/2023-24/00139, dtd.17 July 2023, regarding PLI Scheme for Textiles.
As you are aware, the Competent Authority has approved re-opening of the PLI Portal till 31st August 2023 (inclusive) for inviting fresh applications from interested companies under PLI Scheme of Textiles for MMF Apparel, MMF Fabrics and products of technical textiles.
The Ministry of Textiles is holding an interactive meeting under the Chairpersonship of Secretary Textiles, at 5PM today (7 August 2023) in hybrid mode to discuss various issues relating to PLI on MMF Apparel, MMF Fabrics and products of Technical Textiles, including issues pertaining to HS Codes.
We request the Members who are interested in the PLI Scheme to kindly attend the meeting with the Secretary Textiles, Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India at 5 PM today.
