Sub: Safeguard Investigations Initiated by Indonesia on Artificial Filament Yarn and Woven Fabrics of Artificial Filament Yarn
Indonesia has initiated a Safeguard Investigation on the following Manmade Fibre Textile Products:
(i) Artificial Filament Yarn under Harmonized System (HS.) Code 5403.10.00, 5403.31.10, 5403.31.90, 5403.32.90, and 5403.41.90 according to Indonesia Customs Tariff Book 2022.
(ii) Woven Fabrics of Artificial Filament Yarn under Harmonized System (HS.) Code 5408.21.00, 5408.31.00, and 5408.33.00 according to Indonesia Customs Tariff Book 2022.

DEADLINES AND PROCEDURES TO PRESENT EVIDENCE AND VIEWS
As per the Notifications, exporters having substantial interest and willing to be considered as interested parties in this investigation need submit a written request within a period of 15 days in Indonesia from the date of initiation to the Investigating Authority i.e., 27 October 2023. Further, all submissions and requests made by interested parties must be sent both in a written letter and in electronic format, and must indicate the name, address, e-mail address, telephone, and fax number of the interested parties.
