Sub: Policy Advisory Cell (PAC) in SRTEPC
Dear Sir,
We are pleased to inform you that SRTEPC has formed a Policy Advisory Cell (PAC) within the Council.
The Objective and Functions of the PAC are as follows: -
- To Take up Grievances/Issues of Members with concerned departments such as Customs Commissionerates, GST Commissionerates, Regional Offices of DGFT, RBI, Office of the Textile Commissioner, Banks, etc.
- To Provide Guidance, Clarifications & Advice on Provisions related to Foreign Trade Policy, Customs Law & Procedures, GST Law & Procedures, Duty Drawback, RoDTEP and RoSTCL Schemes, HSN Classifications , Customs Duty rates , RBI Regulations, ECGC Ltd, Anti-Dumping and Safeguard Measures, Trade Agreements , Rules of Origin, QCOs , Certificate of Origin, etc.
- To Take up Payment related issues faced by members with Overseas Buyers on Export Shipments.
- To Provide Guidance & Assistance on compiling data for the purpose of revision in Duty Drawback, RoDTEP, and RoSTCL rates and caps.
- To conduct Interactive Meetings with the Members of the Council periodically and to organize Webinars / Seminars on Policy related Subjects .
