Re: Invitation to participate in exclusive Indian Textile Exhibition (INTEXPO) Kenya on March 9th and 10th, 2017
Dear Sir,
We are glad to inform you that the Council is organizing the Indian Textile Exhibition (INTEXPO) Kenya on March 9th & 10th, 2017 in association with the concerned Indian Mission and with the active support of the local Trade Bodies to develop exports of MMF Textiles to Kenya which is an emerging textile market in the African region. The details of the proposed Exhibitions are as follows:
Early Bird Discount (EBD): An Early Bird Discount of Rs.5,000/- will be offered (on the participation charges mentioned above) to those companies confirming their participation with full payment of Rs.1.65 lakhs along with the dully filled in “SRTEPC Application Form (download)” on or before 25th January, 2017 (Wednesday). It may be noted that this EBD discount will not be available after 25th January, 2017 under any circumstances.
Last Date: for confirming participation in the Fair is Monday, 6th February, 2017.
Market Development Assistance (MDA): An amount of Rs. 1.20 lakh will be given to the 20 eligible member-participants on first-cum-first serve basis, subject to submitting all relevant documents as per MDA guidelines on time and fulfillment of the following conditions:
Publicity: The Council will give special promotional support for participating companies by way of advertisements, digital marketing, publicity folders, direct mail etc. with the help of Professional Event Management Agencies to ensure visit of prospective buyers to the exhibitions in Ethiopia and Kenya. It may also be mentioned here that publicity and promotional campaigns for organizing the above Exhibitions will also be targeted to invite some buyers from the neighboring markets, which are also considered as potential countries having requirements of textiles.
Visa, Hotel accommodation & Group transportations: The Council will assist participants to obtain Visa for attending the Exhibitions in co-ordination with the Indian Missions in Ethiopia and Kenya. Participants will also be assisted for booking their air-tickets and arranging hotel accommodations. Furthermore, Council will also assist to arrange group transportation of participants from airport to Hotel.

How to Apply: In view of the limited time, members interested in participation are requested to send their duly filled-in 'Application Form (download)' along with participation charge, as mentioned above, directly to the Council vide a cheque or DD (for outstation parties) drawn in favour of "The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council, Mumbai" at the earliest but not later than Monday, 6th February, 2017. However, in order to save time member-participants may also like to send their payments for participation charge through RTGS (for Bank details, please refer the enclosed Application Form)
