Sub: Notifications related to Customs (N.T.) of CBEC
Dear Member,
CBEC has issued following circulars on the above subject.
Vide this notification, government has made amendments in the table against serial number 9 and 11.
In this notification, amendments have been made in the Bill of Entry (Forms) Regulations, 1976. These regulations may be called the Bill of entry (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017, and shall come into force on the date of their publication I the Official Gazette. In the Bill of Entry (Forms) Regulations, 1976, Form I, Form II and Form III shall be substituted.
The government has further amended the Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance) Regulations, 1998. These regulations may be called the Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017 and shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
Amendments have been made in the Courier Imports and Exports (Electronic Declaration and Processing) Regulations, 2017. These regulations may be called the Courier Imports and Exports (Electronic Declaration and Processing)(Amendment) Regulations, 2017, and shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
The government has further amended the Customs (Import of Goods at Concessional Rate of Duty for Manufacture of Excisable Goods) Rules, 2016. These rules may be called the Customs (Import of Goods at Concessional Rate of Duty) Rules, 2017 and shall come into force w.e.f. 01.07.2017 2017.
