Sub: CBIC extends the due date for furnishing of FORM GSTR 9/9C for FY 2018-19 till 30.9.2020
Dear Member,
We would like to inform you that CBIC has issued Notification No. 41/2020 – Central Tax dated 5th May, 2020 by further extending the due date for furnishing GST Annual Return/ Reconciliation Statement (GSTR-9 / GSTR-9C) for financial year 2018-2019 to 30th September, 2020.
Members may kindly make a note of the above changes.
