Re : Suggestions for Participation in International Exhibitions / Fairs under MAI for the year 2016-17
Dear Sir,
We are glad to inform you that the Council is in the process of finalizing the Annual Action Plan for organizing participation of its member-companies in select International Exhibitions/Fairs for the year 2016-17. These Export Promotion Programmes, once approved by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India, will be organized by the Council under the Market Access Initiative (MAI) Scheme.
In this connection, as you are aware, Market Access Initiative (MAI) Scheme provides our member-companies an excellent opportunity to participate in Mega / Combined Exhibitions /Fairs at subsidized costs with minimum participation of around 40-50 companies, which are members of various Export Promotion Councils.
In this regard, in order to enable the Council to get some important references of a few renowned International Exhibitions / Fairs, which are organized in the leading markets of textiles / clothing, we request you to kindly send us the necessary details of the established Fairs/Exhibitions across the world, in which your company would like to participate on the basis of the enclosed format at the earliest but not later than 7th May, 2015.
