Sub:
Renewal of Membership for 2007-2008
Last date – 31st July, 2007
Please
refer to our circular no: Sec/Mem/2914 dated 8th March, 2007 along with
our Subscription Memo and three
subsequent reminders requesting you to renew membership of the Council
for the year 2007-2008. We regret to inform you that the Council
has not received your payment for membership renewal till date.
In
this connection, we are glad to inform you that the Committee of
Administration of the Council has decided to give one more opportunity
to all those who have not renewed their membership of the Council and
the last date for the purpose has been extended to 31st July,
2007.
Pursuant
to the above, you are once again requested to send the membership
Subscription for the year 2007-2008 amounting to Rs.6235/- (Rs.3235/-
only for Permanent S.S.I.Units) so
as to reach the Council latest by
31st July, 2007. No further extension will be granted for the purpose and the membership and Registration (RCMC) of
those who do not pay the membership
fee will be cancelled without further notice.
We
may also inform you only those members who renew their membership by 31st
July, 2007 shall be considered eligible to vote and stand for election
at the next Annual General Meeting of the Council to be held on 28th
September, 2007.
